The principal officers and other senior members of Fountain University staff led by the Vice Chancellor Prof Bashir Ademola Raji have paid a familiarization visit to the newly elected officers of Nasrul-lahi-il-Fathi Society of Nigeria (NASFAT), the proprietor of the University, headed by Engr Bolanrinwa Yomi on May 3, 2015 at Alausa Ikeja, Lagos. The meeting among other thing was intended to deliberate on the infrastructural needs of the institution.
The NASFAT executive members were formally presented to the FUO management by the National Secretary General, Alhaji Alaraba. Thereafter, the FUO Registrar, Alhaji M.O Olanrewaju introduced the university delegation.
Prof Raji, the Vice-Chancellor made a presentation on the academic and administrative affairs of the university covering admission and population of students, academic staff strength, funds generation and infrastructural developments.
In his response, Engr. Bolanrinwa thanked Fountain University Management for focusing on the proprietor’s vision and mission statements of building a world class Muslim university that can compete favourably with her counterparts in Nigeria and the world over. However, he promised that the newly elected executive under his leadership would ensure maximum support in all ramifications towards achieving the set objectives.
